ADDENSEO develops PFAS-free packing solutions for industrial pumps and valves. Suitability is assessed for each application based on medium, temperature, pressure, speed and installation conditions.
PFAS-free is a distinct technical requirement.
In addition to material composition, a gland packing must meet the mechanical, thermal and chemical demands of the application. ADDENSEO therefore evaluates each enquiry against the actual operating conditions.
Information required for selection:
• Medium and concentration
• Operating temperature and pressure
• Shaft or spindle diameter
• Rotational speed or surface velocity
• Stuffing-box dimensions
• Food-contact or other conformity requirements
Availability, technical values and approval status are confirmed solely by the current approved data sheet.
Does PFAS-free automatically mean food compliant?
No. PFAS-free status and food-contact conformity are separate requirements and require separate evidence.
Can a PTFE packing be replaced directly?
Not in every case. Friction, heat dissipation, abrasion, chemical resistance and installation conditions must be reassessed.
Are custom sizes available?
Feasibility depends on cross-section, quantity and technical design.
Which information is binding?
Only approved data sheets, order confirmations and application-specific technical agreements are binding.
